Structural analysis

IDAT offers fully or partially integrated structural analysis applications for its precast concrete unit software. Many different modules are available for this, some of which have been programmed at IDAT (structural ceiling analysis for solid, prefabricated and ribbed ceilings) while others are linked by way of external solutions (structural type analysis for hollow ceilings, FEM program for calculating building models and complex supporting structures).

It is important here that the relevant data for calculation purposes is obtained automatically from the 3D building model and transferred to the structural analysis applications. The entire handling between individual applications is automatic, while the actual calculations run in the background.

The reinforcements calculated by the structural analysis program are either generated directly in the prefabricated units (ribbed ceiling, solid ceiling, prefabricated ceiling), or the required percentage of reinforcement is calculated and implemented in the form of the preconfigured reinforcement types.
